Alana has been a designer for the music and film industry for over 20 years. She has taught design graphics at CSUN and tutored many clients. She has spoken on website design and web graphics at Internet World and other venues. Accolades include 4 nominations for Grammy awards in one year.

Her eye-catching mix of styles and experience as a professional musician have brought a loyal following. She specializes in presentations, brochures, logos and company identity.

Ryan Russon: Technical Director

Ryan has over 15 years experience in web development and writing code. He holds MS degrees in Management Information Systems and Psychology.

• Web based databases using ASP, SQL, and .net apps
• Automated report writing and statistics applications
• Writing technical documentation for software
• Consulting regarding questionnaire design, handheld computing interface, human factors, and design issues
• Preparation and delivery of lectures regarding Item Response Theory, Computerized Adaptive Testing, and other topics in technology applied testing and its results.
